PuzzleFree ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the PuzzleFree puzzle gaming platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable European Union data protection laws. Public Profiles

PuzzleFree provides public user profiles that may be viewed by other users. Information displayed on public profiles may include your username or display name, avatar, gameplay progress, completed puzzles, achievements, rankings, reviews, and other non-sensitive gameplay-related information. You understand and agree that this information is publicly visible by default. You should not include personal or sensitive information in your username or profile content.

Technical and Usage Data

IP address, device and browser information, operating system, access times, and log data necessary to operate and secure the Service.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed to:

• provide and operate the Service and user accounts
• enable gameplay features and synchronize progress
• display leaderboards, rankings, achievements, and community features
• provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• ensure security, prevent fraud and misuse
• analyze and improve platform performance and user experience
• comply with legal obligations

Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

Processing of personal data is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract): providing accounts, gameplay features, subscriptions, and support
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate interests): security, fraud prevention, platform stability, and service improvement

• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (Legal obligation): compliance with applicable laws

Public profiles and related information are processed based on our legitimate interests in providing social, competitive, and community gameplay features.

Payments

Payments for subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

These providers process payment data as independent data controllers. PuzzleFree does not store full payment card details.

For purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment data is processed in accordance with the respective platform's privacy policy.

International Data Transfers

PuzzleFree operates from the European Union.

Some analytics providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Account data is retained for the duration of the account.

Technical and log data is retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes.
