PuzzleFree ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected when you use the PuzzleFree puzzle gaming platform (the "Service").

Gameplay and Platform Data
Puzzle progress, completion times, scores, rankings, achievements, rewards, preferences, and settings.
Public Profile and Community Data
Username or display name, rankings, achievements, rewards, and reviews you choose to submit.
Email addresses are never publicly displayed.
Technical and Usage Data
IP address, device and browser information, operating system, access times, and log data necessary to operate and secure the Service.

Personal data is processed to:
• provide and operate the Service and user accounts
• enable gameplay features and synchronize progress
• display leaderboards, rankings, achievements, and community features
• provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• ensure security, prevent fraud and misuse
• analyze and improve platform performance and user experience
• comply with legal obligations

Processing of personal data is based on:

5. Cookies and Analytics
Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are used to operate the Service, manage sessions, ensure security, and provide core functionality. These cookies do not require consent.
Analytics
With your consent, we use analytics services to understand how users interact with the Service and to improve performance.

• Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited
• Yandex Metrica, provided by Yandex LLC

7. Payments
Payments for subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
These providers process payment data as independent data controllers. PuzzleFree does not store full payment card details.
For purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment data is processed in accordance with the respective platform's privacy policy.
8. International Data Transfers
PuzzleFree operates from the European Union.
Some analytics providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.
Account data is retained for the duration of the account.
Technical and log data is retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes.
10. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) or your local EU supervisory authority.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
If personal data of a child under 13 is identified, it will be deleted without delay.
