• The service includes puzzle gameplay, progress tracking, leaderboards, and social features.
• We continuously update and improve our service offerings.

User Accounts

• You may create an account to access additional features and save progress.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Public Profiles

• PuzzleFree provides public user profiles that allow other users to view certain gameplay-related information.
• By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that your username or display name, avatar, gameplay progress, completed puzzles, achievements, rankings, reviews, and related activity may be visible to other users through your public profile.
• Public profiles are intended for social and community features. PuzzleFree does not display email addresses or sensitive personal data on public profiles.

Acceptable Use

• You may use PuzzleFree only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You agree not to use the service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• You may not use automated tools to access or interact with our service without permission.
• You may not upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights.

User-Generated Content

You may upload images to create custom puzzles, subject to our content guidelines.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us license to use it within our service.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or these terms.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

By submitting reviews, feedback, comments, or testimonials to PuzzleFree, you grant PuzzleFree a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, display, reproduce, and publish such content on the PuzzleFree website or related promotional materials.

• Reviews may be displayed together with your username or display name.
• PuzzleFree reserves the right to moderate, edit for clarity or length, or remove reviews at its discretion, without altering their original meaning.

Intellectual Property

• PuzzleFree and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
• Our AI-generated artwork is created using our proprietary systems and processes.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.
• Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on PuzzleFree are our property.
• We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same.

Premium Services

• We offer premium subscriptions with additional features and benefits.
• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Subscription management and cancellation options depend on the platform where the subscription was purchased.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Premium features are subject to change with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Apple In-App Purchases

• If a subscription or in-app purchase is made through the PuzzleFree iOS app, payment is processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the content or services provided by PuzzleFree.
• Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app can be managed and cancelled at any time by going to the user’s Apple ID account settings on the device.
• Refunds for purchases made through the iOS app are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.

Puzzle Coins

• PuzzleFree includes an in-game virtual currency called Puzzle Coins, which can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay.
• Puzzle Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, or redeemed for real money or any other form of payment.
• Puzzle Coins may only be used within the PuzzleFree app to purchase in-game items, hints, or other features.
• The price of Puzzle Coins in real currency is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
• Puzzle Coins are delivered and made available immediately upon purchase. By confirming your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate availability of the virtual currency and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the purchase is completed, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• All purchases of Puzzle Coins are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required by law or granted at our sole discretion.

You consent to our data practices by using our service.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for premium services.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use PuzzleFree ceases immediately.
• Certain provisions of these terms survive termination of your account.

Leaderboards, Rankings, and Rewards

• PuzzleFree may offer leaderboards, rankings, scores, achievements, badges, or other reward-based features for entertainment purposes.
• By participating in these features, you agree that your username or display name, game results, rankings, scores, and earned rewards may be publicly visible to other users on the platform.
• Leaderboards, rankings, and rewards do not have monetary value and do not constitute any legal entitlement.
• PuzzleFree reserves the right to modify, reset, suspend, or discontinue leaderboards, rankings, or rewards at any time without notice.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Austria.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria.
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PuzzleFree.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of PuzzleFree after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
