Terms of Use — PuzzleFree Kids

Welcome to PuzzleFree Kids. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PuzzleFree Kids application (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, or by allowing a child to use the App, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child.

1. About the App

PuzzleFree Kids is a digital jigsaw puzzle game designed for young children and families. The App provides a selection of free puzzles and optional additional content available for purchase.

2. Child Use and Parental Responsibility

The App is intended for use by children under adult supervision where appropriate.

Only a parent or legal guardian may:

• make purchases,
• access parent-directed sections,
• manage settings or permissions.

You are responsible for supervising your child’s use of the App.

3. Free and Paid Content

The App may include:

• a limited selection of free puzzles;
• additional themed puzzle packs available as one-time purchases;
• an optional one-time “Unlock All” purchase that provides access to all available and future eligible content.

Content availability may change over time.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store.

• We do not collect or store payment information.
• Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Purchases may be protected by parental controls or a parental gate.

All billing, refunds, and payment handling are governed by Apple’s policies.

5. Parental Gate

Certain features (such as purchases or external links) may be protected by a parental gate intended for adults.

You agree not to allow a child to bypass such protections.

6. Privacy and Child Safety

PuzzleFree Kids is designed with children’s privacy in mind.

• The App does not require children to create an account.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for the App to function.
• The App does not include social features or user-generated content.

7. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including puzzles, illustrations, graphics, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to PuzzleFree and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

9. App Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, or improve the App at any time, including adding or removing features or content.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available without interruption.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law.

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience but do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleFree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
