Delete Your Account & Data

You can request deletion of your PuzzleFree account and any associated personal data at any time.

What this covers

This applies to the PuzzleFree and PuzzleFree Kids mobile apps. Playing puzzles does not require creating an account, and most data stays on your device. If a guest or registered account was created, you can ask us to delete it and the data linked to it.

How to request deletion

Email nadin@puzzlefree.game with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email address linked to your account — or, if you played as a guest, include your in-app/device identifier so we can locate the data.

We will verify the request and delete the account and its associated data, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Some records may be retained where required by law — for example, purchase/transaction records, which are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play under their own policies.

Deleting on-device data

Data stored only on your device (such as local game progress and preferences) is removed when you uninstall the app.
